GPG – Green Property Group

GPG – The Green Property Group is a Polish entity, an investment and development company operating on the Polish property investment market.

The objective of GPG is to build a portfolio of premier properties with a focus on design and the highest standards of finish in prestigious locations, cooperating with the industry’s leading architects and designers.

Our vision has a long term perspective, with a focus on design and efficiency that will set the market standards not only for today but for the long termfor the satisfaction of both our clients and investors.

We and our partners feel a great responsibility to our clients in creating office  and commercial space in which clients will spend their life in urban areas. We endeavor to meet and exceed the requirements and expectations of clients, and provide work and living spaces that are ecologically responsible and to the highest standards of quality and design.

GPG is led by Mr. Artur Nowakowski. He has held several senior level positions in the commercial real estate sector.

In the year 2000, Mr. Nowakowski lead the development and opening of Kinepolis Poznan, the most modern cinemaplex in its time. Additionally, he has worked several years with the GPW entity within the GTC. S.A. group, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of the most commercially successful shopping center in Poland – Galeria Mokotow.   Following on with the Rodamco Group (now Unibal Rodamco), one of Europe’s largest developers, Mr. Nowakowski co-operated on the prestigious opening of the mixed use (office and retail) of Zlote-Tarasy in Warsaw, as well as one of the most spectacular investments on the Russian market, the mixed use retail center Metropolis.

























SZUCHA Premium Offices


It would be challenging to find a more prestigious location in the city of Warsaw. The SZUCHA project is located in the heart of the city center, at the corner of Litewska and Sucha streets.

SZUCHA is the highest form of pure architecture, with a focus on design, efficiency and comfort with an abundance of natural light in the work space. The project also features a green terrace and a purpose-built restaurant as well as conference facilities.

The neighbors include The Prime Minister’s Office, Apostolic Nunciature in Poland, Constitutional Tribunal, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, several embassies, and historic theatres.




B4 Design & Office

B4 Design & Office will be the first high rise building with a mixed-use/retail function on the on the northern corridor of Warsaw’s CBD. The project will border the communities of Zoliborz, Wola and Warsaw’s city center, located adjacent to Rondo Babka. The very successful Arkadia Shopping center is destination for all of Warsaw, with all forms of communication easily accessible to the project, including a main station of Warsaw’s Metro (subway).   The B4 project will offer flexible and comfortable office space with unparalleled panoramic views of the city center and the metropolis of Warsaw.

Strążyska Residence

Strążyska Residence is a unique apart-residential concept developed in the Polish mountains for select clients with sublime taste. The architecture is modern and minimalistic whilst keeping true to its mountain heritage and not dissimilar to design which is found in the best European resorts, from Courchevel to St. Moritz.   The Strazyska Residence is located in the most desirable and intimate sector of Zakopane, at the foot of Strazyska Valley, and is a compound of apartments intended to function as apart-hotel in the formula supervised by our management.

Green Property Group otrzymał prawomocne pozwolenie na budowę budynku biurowego „Szucha Corner”, który powstanie na rogu alei Jana Christiana Szucha i ulicy Litewskiej. Wybitny architekt Bolesław Stelmach stworzył projekt, który zaoferuje 8 000 mkw. powierzchni biurowej w sąsiedztwie odrestaurowanego XIX-wiecznego obiektu, nazywanego dawniej Pałacykiem Generałowej Marii Agapijew z kilkusetmetrowym, otwartym dla gości zielonym ogrodem.

GPG  believes it is important to support artistic projects, to participate in social events and conferences which are contributing to the overal cultural development and stimulating responsible development of urban areas.

Anna Kuczyńska – Golden Dust Woman


Ania Kuczyńska is a leading polish fashion designer. One of the shining stars of modern design, and a true believer of a pure form.

We do support this way of thinking and it was pleasure to participate in Anias „Gold Dust Woman” project.

Ania has managed to transform our garden and Palace on Szucha street in Warsaw into a magical „secret garden” which became just perfect addition to Anias Golden Dust Woman collection.






Museum of the History of  Polish Jews


We are proud to be members of the Development Committee of the  Polin Jewish Museum in Warsaw.

The Committee was founded in 2006 .The members of the Committee are helping  the itroduction of the Polin Museum Mission within the business environment.

Sesja Konserwatorska – Muzeum Etnograficzne


The Enthnographic Museum in Warsaw is a frequent host of a conference platform where real estate industry players have opportunity to exchgange opinions with City Conservators, restorers of historical builings and architects.

GPG  is a supporting  the idea of exchange of opinions which is main aim of this sessions. We believe it is right path to the  resposnible development of the urban areas , developement which  respects past culture and its heritage.

Aleksandra Sykulak
- Projekt Fotograficzny

Young Artist, Aleksandra Sykulak is inspired with the history, past glamour and an architecture of  The Maria Agapijew Palace which is part of  GPG’s  SZUCHA PREMIUM OFFICE PROJECT in Warsaw .  GPG’s aim is  to bring the best of it back to life.

It is interesting to observe how Aleskandra managed to capture  difficult history of The Palace.
